Adults (Above 9 Years): Considered an adult and charged the full adult rate.

Health and Safety Advisories

This activity, particularly the dune bashing, is not recommended for pregnant women or people suffering from backache or severe health conditions.

Operational and Transfer Notes

Sharing Basis: This price is for the standard sharing basis service. There will be 5-7 people in one 4×4 SUV.
Private Transfers: Private Transfers (1-6 Persons) are available if selected during the booking process.
SIC Pick-up Point Adjustment: If your location is significantly far from standard SIC (Seat-In-Coach) pick-up points, our operations team will coordinate with you to suggest a convenient, standard meeting point.
Luggage Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, no heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.

Exclusions and Refund Policy

Partial Service: There will be no refund for services that are only partly utilized by the guest.
Add-on Expenses: All other expenses incurred during the activity (e.g., Quad Bike, Buggy ride, Alcoholic Drinks, shopping, etc.) and add-on services are not included, unless specifically selected and paid for from the add-on list.
Damage Liability: Guests will be responsible for and must cover the cost of any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse.

Ramadan Observance

Note: The Belly Dancing show and the serving of Alcohol will not be offered during the Holy month of Ramadan, in adherence to cultural and religious sensitivities.

Financial and Pricing Structure

Currency: All listed rates are denoted in AED (UAE Dirhams).
Payment Confirmation: Full payment must be settled upon the confirmation of the tour booking.
Weekend Surcharge: Please note that certain excursions may be subject to a surcharge on Thursdays/Fridays due to the restricted availability of seating.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Window (Full Refund): A full refund will be processed if the tour is canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation Window (No Refund):
- No refund will be issued if the tour is canceled less than 48 hours before departure.
- No refund will be provided if the customer fails to show up upon the driver’s arrival.
- No refund will be given if a customer is not available for pick-up during the specified time window and fails to contact us.
Weather/Government Changes: The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the program due to weather conditions, Government regulations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
- Tours cancelled due to weather will not carry a refund.

Vehicle Safety and Conduct

Vehicle Equipment: All vehicles utilized for our tours and expeditions are authorized, insured, and equipped with a mandatory emergency kit, fire extinguisher, safety belts, and air conditioning.
Passenger Capacity: Vehicles are insured to carry a maximum of six passengers, excluding the driver.
Safety Requirement: Passengers must wear their seat belts at all times.
Prohibited Conduct: SMOKING and DRINKING are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

Health and Liability

Health Restrictions: Individuals afflicted with conditions related to the heart, neck, or back, or any other severe ailment, as well as infants and pregnant women, are not permitted on the expedition.
Personal Insurance: Passengers are reminded that they should maintain personal insurance coverage at all times throughout the tour.

Local Customs and Photography

Cultural Respect: In adherence to local customs, always seek permission before photographing Arab individuals, and do not photograph Arab women.
