Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund: A full refund will be processed only if the tour is formally cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time.
No Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the tour is cancelled less than 48 hours before the departure time.
- If the customer does not show up (no-show) at the designated pick-up location upon the driver’s arrival.
- If a customer misses the pick-up and fails to contact the operations team during the given pick-up window on the tour day.

Tour Operator Rights (DDTours)

DDTours reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the program without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, Government laws, or public holidays.
If a tour is cancelled due to poor or unsafe weather conditions, a full refund will be provided. (The redundant sentence “Any tours off thanks to weather don’t fetch” has been clarified to mean a refund will be given.)
