Rates are in AED (UAE Dirhams).
All our vehicles for tours and expeditions are equipped with an emergency kit, fire extinguisher, safety belts, and air conditioning. They are authorized and insured to carry up to 6 passengers, excluding the driver. Passengers must wear their seat belts at all times.
Passengers must have their personal insurance at all times.
Passengers are reminded that photography of military and some government installations is prohibited. Regarding local customs, always ask before taking photos of Arabs and do not photograph Arab women.
Smoking and drinking are prohibited in all our vehicles.
DDTours reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the program due to weather conditions, government regulations, public holidays, etc., without prior notice. No refund will be provided for tours canceled due to weather conditions.
If any tour is canceled 24 hours before departure, a full payment refund will be given.
No refund will be provided if the tour is canceled within 24 hours of departure.
No refund will be given if the customer does not show up when the driver arrives.
If someone is not picked up on the tour day and does not contact us during the given pick-up time, there will be no refund. All payments must be made upon confirmation of the tours.
On Thursdays/Fridays, certain excursions may carry a surcharge due to limited availability of seats.
